my personal opinion on the current issue
With in the past 2 years there have been multiple accidents/events that model the exact same behaviour as each other, some people might say that ISIS could be involved with these tragic acts of murder and terrorism, but personally I revolve around the same idea, I don't fully believe that ISIS is directly connected with these events but there definitely is a possibility that that could be the case. I strongly believe that it is most likely that this happened due to mental health issues but in many cases, when it comes to mental health related events such as this, the person with mental health issues is more likely to do more harm to themselves if not commit suicide after their actions. But if this was a directly connected form of terrorism, don't you think that the driver would have portrayed his reasons for his actions by yelling something or making a visual representation of why he is doing it?
In many of these cases, when directly connected with ISIS the driver/terrorist usually yells or creates a visually representation of his/her religion and or beliefs if not ending in suicide or being arrested.
